Dr. Tadwalkar’s approach to cardiology is built around careful listening, clear explanation, and helping patients make confident decisions about their heart health. His role often extends beyond the exam room, from interpreting advanced cardiac studies to performing invasive diagnostic evaluations, guiding treatment decisions, coordinating care, and helping patients navigate hospital-based care and long-term cardiovascular management.

The Enhanced Access Program is designed for patients who want a more connected care experience, with added support around scheduling, test coordination, communication, and ongoing guidance. The goal is to create a more direct and organized way to stay connected to Dr. Tadwalkar and the Pacific Heart Institute team.

Personal notification of non-urgent test results by your nurse

Customized Pacific Heart Institute EKG wallet card when clinically indicated

Office concierge to assist with MyChart setup and access

Premier

Expanded access with direct communication and additional in-office services.

Direct e-mail communication with your personal cardiologist

Direct e-mail and phone communication with your cardiologist’s administrative assistant

Complimentary patient-activated heart rhythm monitor (smart phone accessory)

Same day In-office blood drawing for laboratory tests

Priority scheduling of diagnostic tests, ultrasound examinations, and stress tests in less than 48 hours

Assistance with scheduling tests and procedures outside of Pacific Heart Institute

Concierge

Highest level of access, including direct physician availability and flexible scheduling.

Direct 24 hour access to your cardiologist via personal cell phone

Emergency night and weekend availability of your personal cardiologist

Direct supervision of stress tests by your personal cardiologist

Same day diagnostic testing (ultrasound, stress testing, blood draws for laboratory tests)

Personal calls from your cardiologist to discuss test and laboratory results

Evening and weekend office appointment availability
